SOLEMNITY OF THE ASSUMPTION OF THE BLESSED VIRGIN MARY

TWENTIETH SUNDAY IN ORDINARY TIME

1. Feasts this Week :

   Saturday, 22nd August: The Queenship of the Blessed Virgin Mary
2. The Parish Fathers thank all our PPC members, Youth & Sunday School Children for the Felicitation and program on Vianney Sunday. We also thank all our Parishioners for their prayers, Wishes and generosity. We count on your constant prayers and support.
3. Today, 16th August is celebrated as Prison Ministry Sunday in our Archdiocese. Volunteers in Prison Ministry have given medical assistance to 8,500 inmates, Counseling to 540 Boys, secured the release of 85 prisoners and continue providing legal aid to another 20 prisoners. Those who would like to contribute towards this Prison Ministry may put their contributions in the Envelopes provided and drop them in any of the boxes in Church before 25th August.
4. Next Sunday will be celebrated as Justice Sunday.
5. There will be a Meeting of all Volunteers of the Annual Novena next Saturday, 22nd August at 7.30pm after the Evening Mass. Attendance is Compulsory.
