FIFTH SUNDAY OF LENT

1. Wednesday, 25th March is the Solemnity of the Annunciation of Our Lord. It is also celebrated as Pro-Life Day. The Pro-Life Prayer will be recited at both Masses.
2. Friday, Stations of the Cross at 6.30 pm conducted by Don Bosco Community followed by the Evening Mass.
3. Next Sunday is Palm Sunday. Palms will be blessed at 8am outside the Parish Office followed by Procession to the Church, Mass & the Singing of Veronica.
4. Confessions in preparation for Easter on Tuesday, 24th March from 5pm to 7pm.
5. Confessions for the House-Bound on Wednesday & Thursday – 25th & 26th March from 9am to 11am.
6. The Lenten Week Programme is put up on the Notice Board.
7. Stations of the Cross on Monday, 30th March starting from Irla Village at 7.30pm conducted jointly by our Lady of Fatima Community, Irla Village and St. John Bosco Community, Up-Pakhadi. All are invited to participate in large numbers.
8. All Parishioners are reminded to contribute at least 1% of their income towards the Community Fund before 31st March. This amount is used for Community or Parish Activities, towards medical and educational aid to deserving Parishioners and for Church Expenses. Your giving is a sign of your gratitude to God for all that you have received from God.
9. The Senior Citizens Association invites Parishioners above 55 years for their Annual Thanksgiving Mass on Sunday, 12th April at 8am followed by Annual General Body Meeting, a Yoga Session for Senior Citizens and Get-together which will end with Lunch. Passes available from Committee Member immediately after the Mass or at the Parish Office on payment of Rs 100.
