- On 27th, 28th and 29th August we will be reciting a Prayer for the Success of our Annual Novena. Please continue to pray for the Success of the Novena.
- On Thursday, 29th August after the Evening Mass we will have the Flag Hoisting followed by Procession of the Statue of Our Lady to the Veneration Hall.
- The Annual Novena for the Feast of Our Lady of Velankanni commences on Friday, 30th August. For Mass timings during the Novena please see the Handouts which are available outside the Church.
- During the Annual Novena there will be no parking of Vehicles in the Church Premises as well as along Velankanni Church Lane.
- This year Redemptorist Fathers will be preaching for the English, Marathi and Konkani Masses.
- On Saturday, 31st August there will be Blessing of the Sick at 11 am conducted by Fr. Ashlyn Chand and his Team.
- Next Sunday, 1st September the Solemn Procession of Our Lady of Velankanni will leave the Church at 5 pm and will conclude with Mass in the Church at 6.30 pm.
- This year the 57th Annual Novenas will also be streamed live on Seven Star Network Channel – No. 95 and on various social media Channels on YouTube, Facebook & Instagram as Velankanni Church Irla Live.
