Free health checkup camp

The Church of Our Lady of Health of Velankanni, Irla ( Bombay Catholic Sabha, Irla unit) had organised a free health checkup camp on Saturday 20th July 2024 from 11 to 4 pm at Irla church.
Thanks to the team of Nanavati Max super speciality Hospital for giving this service. The tests included in the camp were Random Blood Sugar Blood Pressure, Bone Mineral Densitometry (BMD), Eye check up, ECG and doctors consultation. Free eye frames were offered and one had to pay a very nominal cost for the glasses.
Along with the tests an awareness session on Organ Donation was organised. A total of 65 people availed the benefits. The camp started with the prayer conducted by Fr. Ivan Mascarnes, Parish Priest of Irla church.
And ended with the group photograph along with the team of Nanavati Hospital n Bombay Catholic Sabha Executive Committee members.
It was very well organised n beneficiaries gave positive feedback about the camp.
